Fang Ye snorted coldly in his mind. This wine wasn’t even ordered by him, but since the other party brought it up, they must have some other intention!

“Maybe it’s too cheap. Should I go get a few more bottles?”

“Sure, but don’t get anything too expensive, as long as it’s not under a thousand yuan,” Zhou Qi smiled faintly. “I’m not used to drinking really cheap wine.”

So, they want to rip him off?

Fang Ye finally understood. Lin Shuangshuang had already conspired with Zhou Qi. No wonder they chose the Ruihao Hotel to set him up.

Fine, if they want to rip him off, then he’ll  let them do it properly!

Fang Ye waved his hand, and a waiter quickly approached.

“Good evening, sir. How may I assist you?”

“Bring me the menu. I’d like to order a few more bottles of wine.”

“Sure, please wait a moment!”

After getting the menu, Fang Ye flipped to the wine page. He didn’t recognize any of the wine brands, so he simply chose the expensive ones.

“I’ll take a bottle of this one, and this one too, and also this…”

“Sir, are you sure you want to order this bottle of wine?” One of the bottles, which didn’t have a price listed, startled the waiter. She lowered her voice and asked, “Its price… might be a bit high!”

“How expensive?”

“This bottle is the prized treasure of the store. I’m not too sure about the price, but I’ll need to ask the manager.” The waiter said with a wry smile.

“No need to ask. Just bring it,” Fang Ye said. “Money is not a problem.”

“Al… Alright, please wait a moment!”

After the waiter left the room, she went directly to the hotel’s general manager.

“What? The customer wants that bottle of wine?” Qin Yanran’s expression changed immediately after hearing the report.

“Yes, manager. He said the price won’t be a problem and insisted on ordering this bottle.”

“Could it be the owner of the Veneno?” Qin Yanran thought for a moment, then had the security check the surveillance footage at the front entrance.

When she saw Fang Ye getting out of the sports car, she nearly thought her eyes were deceiving her.

Wasn’t this the food delivery guy who helped her deal with the cockroach earlier this afternoon? He’s actually this rich?

“Manager, it’s him. He ordered the wine!” The waiter pointed to the screen.

After thinking for a few seconds, Qin Yanran instructed her to take the wine. 

Someone who could afford a sports car like the Veneno surely wouldn’t care about the price of a bottle of wine…

In the private room, everyone saw that Fang Ye rapidly ordered the wine and guessed that he must be regretting it inside.

“Fang, you’re so generous. You’ll definitely achieve great things in the future!” Seeing that he had bitten the bait, Zhou Qi even started praising him even more.

The more you flatter someone, the harder they fall. A food delivery guy can earn a maximum of five or six thousand yuan a month, right? Once he realizes that tonight’s dinner cost several tens of thousands, he will regret it deeply!

Luo Na kicked Fang Ye’s foot. “Fang Ye, didn’t you check the price just now? How come you ordered three bottles of wine?”

After eating and drinking to their fill, the waiter cleared the wine and dishes, and Du Qian placed the cake that Fang Ye had brought onto the table.

After putting on the glimmering crystal necklace, it really added a significant touch to Lin Shuangshuang’s looks, making her look as noble as a real princess.

As the Campus Belle, her appearance obviously stands out from the crowd. Out of all her roommates, only Luo Na can kind of match her beauty.

However she doesn’t have the make up skills of Lin Shuangshuang. Luo Na, who didn’t have makeup on, was obviously overshadowed by Lin Shuangshuang.

“Fang Ye, you don’t have a gift for Shuangshuang?” Liang Xiaoli suddenly asked. “Why don’t you take it out and let us all see!”

He handed the wooden box to Lin Shuangshuang. “Shuangshuang, happy birthday!”

“You gave me a pack of cookies earlier, so this is just a return of the favor,” Fang Ye smiled. “If you don’t want it, I’ll have to throw it in the trash.”

“Then… then thank you,” Luo Na’s face turned slightly red, but she still chose to accept the hairpin.

Seeing that Fang Ye successfully passed on the gift, Zhou Qi and Zhang Zikai’s faces darkened. Luo Na was also a campus beauty.
