The sudden, fragile cry of a baby tore through the vast darkness, echoing against the silence. In that instant, the gears of Fate began to turn, signalling an impending change that would soon crash into this world…
Two decades vanished in the blink of an eye.
Aiya now possessed a striking beauty that stopped people in their tracks. Her flawless white face was framed by elegantly curved, willow-leaf eyebrows, beneath which sparkled a pair of ice-blue eyes like distant stars. Her soft, long hair, fading gently from light blue to silver, was a stunning canvas where the sky met the dawn.
She was Aiya Jones, a child of the Divine Sakura Continent’s western territories. Aiya’s father disappeared before she was born, and her gentle mother succumbed to illness when Aiya was just fifteen.
From that day forward, she was taken in and raised by the current head of her mother’s clan—her grandfather.
When Aiya’s magic talent was discovered at age five, her mother, thankfully, enrolled her in the renowned Crest of Glory Academy of Magic, setting her firmly on the path to becoming a Sorceress.
However, talent was only the beginning. Aiya was relentlessly tenacious, never letting a single opportunity to grow stronger slip away. She pushed herself without fail, driven solely by a faint flicker of hope buried deep in her heart.
That hope hinged on a secret. A secret… that belonged to her and her alone.
