The Unlucky Bride Is Loved by the Fortunate Desert King - Chapter 11 – Compromise Plan
“Al… ah… nn—”
Al kissed me again and again, changing the angle each time. I couldn’t breathe. When he sought me so strongly, so close, I couldn’t think at all. For someone like me, who had never even kissed before, the feeling was overwhelming.
Our lips brushed together, his warmth stealing my breath away. Each touch made my body tremble, a shiver running down my spine. “Ah… nnh… no… ah…” Soft sounds escaped me again and again, unable to hold them back.
My body felt strangely hot, my chest aching with every heartbeat. It was as if my mind had turned blank.
I didn’t know what to do, or how to stop it.
“Yuzu,” Al said with a small laugh, his tone gentle but teasing. I realized, too late, that I had moved closer to him on my own.
“Ah… I-I’m sorry…” My face turned red. I hadn’t even noticed what I was doing. I hurried to pull away, my movements clumsy and awkward.
Al only smiled, like a cat enjoying my confusion. Folding his arms, he looked down at me with calm amusement.
“Well, you make things difficult,” he said. “You tell me not to touch, yet you still reach out like that. I only wish to show how much I care for you.”
“That’s… not…” I couldn’t find the words.
He sighed softly, then shook his head with that same knowing smile. “Then let’s make a compromise,” he said.
Before I could react, he moved—so quick it was as if time skipped for a moment. When I realized what had happened, I was sitting on his lap, my balance lost.
“Eh…?” He wasn’t holding me down anymore, but my legs felt weak, as if all strength had left them.
“Calm down,” Al said, his voice low and steady. “I’ll lend you my strength. Just… stay here. You don’t have to run away.”
His words were warm, comforting—and yet, my heart wouldn’t stop racing.
