Summary
Yan An was in the middle of a wilderness survival challenge when she suddenly transmigrated straight into a melodramatic apocalypse novel. Worse, she became the scummy Alpha who, in order to save her own life, once shoved her girlfriend into a pack of zombies.
In the story, her original body was utterly useless. All pretense of decency fell apart at critical moments. She repeatedly threw the heroine to the zombies as a shield, and even traded her for food. If it weren’t for Gu Xia’s quick wit, she would’ve been dead long ago.
And in this world, an Omega without awakened powers couldn’t even escape the base gates. When the zombies eventually broke through, the original scum A once again pushed Gu Xia into the horde to buy herself time. At that moment, Gu Xia awakened her ability, slaughtered the zombies, and then tied the original to the back of a car, dragging her along as the zombies tore her apart.
Yan An: Tragic! But well deserved.
Turning her head to the gentle, serene Gu Xia beside her, Yan An thought: how could anyone bear to betray such a good girlfriend? Luckily Gu Xia awakened powers, and Yan An herself wasn’t too weak. Otherwise, how would they survive out here?
But Gu Xia’s ability was terrifying. Her first awakening gave her the power of duplication. If she really wanted to kill someone, it would be one against many. Best to keep some distance.
As for Yan An… why did her power turn out to be “Repair Everything”? Just because she was a mechanical repair specialist? In the apocalypse, was she meant to be a healer? Or just a mechanic?
That was until she discovered the true potential of her gift.
The bases she repaired could target weapons capable of blowing up half the world.
The machines she built could dive into the deepest seas and confront legendary godlike monsters.
The people she saved, so long as even a single drop of bl00d remained. She could bring back to life.
So when the heroine was on the brink of breaking apart, what else could she do but… repair her?
But after the repairs, their pheromones spun out of control, and Yan An accidentally marked her.
Except that…she might have marked Gu Xia’s clone?? So… did it count, or not?
While Yan An tangled herself in knots, Gu Xia didn’t seem to care at all. She treated it like a one-night fling and even invited Yan An to team up.
Yan An: Hmph, I don’t do second chances… Who’s the tsundere now?
That is, until one day Gu Xia lost control again. This time with multiple clones at once.
Yan An stared at several versions of her “wife,” completely overwhelmed.
Crap! My hands are going to fall off!
Thankfully, she also awakened a spatial ability—enough to stash away the extra clones.
Her new daily routine: identify the real wife, and send the copies packing or else there’s no surviving this.
Notes:
- Both heroines are powerful—zombie fighting is no problem.
- The Alpha’s ability can evolve; she’s not just support, she can solo monsters.
- Expect survival, hoarding supplies, and… fixing the wife.
