When I was working as a civil servant, I was found out to be a muscle-brained knight by the princess knight and got sent to the front lines - Episode 208
Episode 208
Archbishop Lucius Agrippa and some members of the Holy Levia Knights were successfully retreating, even though it meant sacrificing allies. Their original force of ten thousand was already reduced to about half.
Under normal circumstances, such a situation would be a catastrophic defeat. It wouldn’t be surprising if it were described as an annihilation. The damage was so severe that the entire army could have been completely destroyed. However, due to the fact that the Holy Levia Knights were composed of multiple groups, Lucius’ commanding ability, and the enemy’s choice to incapacitate rather than kill, this strange retreat was in progress.
In the distance, the self-proclaimed Pope Seraphina Lorentzi and her forces were advancing. It seemed that the first seal of the Holy Sword had also been broken, but it was used more to demoralize than to increase the enemy’s speed of advance, which hadn’t improved significantly.
The nightmarish troops that had descended from the sky had seemingly prioritized safety and resupply midway, ceasing their reckless attacks.
Archbishop Edelmar Solennis and the Sanctus Calamitas Lucretia Alma—those two had to be the ones who descended from the sky, undoubtedly from the Tashman Kingdom. Although the person named Jez Norman had announced himself before the war began, it was clear that the aerial assault was almost certainly from Tashman. Still, seeing familiar faces made it more convincing.
That said, the Tashman Kingdom’s troops were as rumored, truly elite. Calling them elite felt like a mild understatement. They had cut through a force of ten thousand with just five hundred men, overwhelming them temporarily—something unheard of.
Moreover, just before that, a man in official uniform had faced ten thousand troops alone, offering a surrender ultimatum and incapacitating over three hundred by himself. It was utterly incomprehensible.
What is this situation? Originally, it was expected that Seraphina Lorentzi’s ten thousand troops would face a few weeks of tense standoff and then engage in a fierce battle, stretching for several more weeks, with both sides fighting desperately for their country’s future.
Yet, everything was ruined by the muscle-bound idiots falling from the sky. How could one predict such an unreasonable situation?
Even Lucius Agrippa, a seasoned warrior, was caught up in uncharacteristic thoughts while maintaining a calm exterior as he commanded the retreat. Then he suddenly remembered: the troops had descended from the sky along with that enormous white ship. How could he have forgotten about that abnormal ship until now!?
As Lucius looked up at the sky, just as the army was about to withdraw from the combat area, he saw the sky clear. To his eyes, the enormous white ship floated high above.
“…What!?”
He witnessed something descending from the sky once again.
In the plains near the ancient city of the Divina Papal State, Paradis, today’s weather was clear with occasional muscle-bound troops. Such a ridiculous phrase floated through Lucius’ mind. It seemed he was quite exhausted.

Victor, who had launched from the Mandjet/Mesektet, was now piloting a massive humanoid weapon standing five meters tall, charging solo into the midst of the enemy army.
“Victor Alchemis, charging in!!”
As Victor crossed off a line from his bucket list of things to say, he was exhilarated by the coolness of his solo airborne assault. The alchemist was thoroughly pleased.
Upon noticing Victor, the enemy soldiers unleashed a barrage of magical attacks. Victor maneuvered through the air, altering the trajectory of the attacks, twisting his body, and deploying magical barriers to neutralize them.
However, even with the reduction in numbers, the enemy soldiers, led by Lucius, were still elite. Though fewer, their movements were noticeably better than before. Despite taking some solid hits, Victor pressed on with the same momentum. He eventually made a grand landing on the ground.
Nearby Holy Knights were blown away, and earth and dust scattered. But it seemed that Lucius and his forces had become accustomed to this. As the dust cleared, they unleashed a simultaneous magical assault.
While dodging these attacks, the massive armor that emerged from the epicenter began to knock nearby Holy Knights away.
With its height of five meters, it was comparable in size to a large magical golem. Though such a size is not unusual for monsters, which sometimes reach this scale, Lucius and his group were not particularly shocked by the size.
What astonished them was the incredibly smooth movement of the armor. It moved with a fluidity that made it seem as if a human had simply been scaled up.
Generally, as size increases, movement becomes slower. This means while attack power increases, the larger size also makes it an easier target for magical attacks.
Yet, this massive humanoid was wreaking havoc among the 5,000 holy knights with movements reminiscent of a battle-hardened warrior, outmaneuvering them one after another. It deployed magical barriers on its hands and feet while punching, kicking, grabbing, and throwing the Holy Knights, performing a grand melee without using any weapons.
The name of this humanoid weapon, sweeping everything away, was:
Conceptual Armament: False Strongest – Arcon
This was a versatile humanoid weapon created by Victor Alchemis, the greatest alchemist of the modern era, to replicate the movements of humanity’s strongest, Gerald Norman.
Victor used data from observing the battle between Gerald and Jez to create the Conceptual Armament: False Strongest – Arcon. However, he was unable to recreate Gerald’s movements and power at a human scale, resulting in a weapon of five meters in height.
Nevertheless, this conceptual armament was designed to emulate the strongest human. It was intended to elevate its wearer to the highest echelons, a powerful exoskeleton meant to push them to the pinnacle of humanity.
“Argh, argh, ouch! What’s happening to my arm!? Arms aren’t supposed to bend like that!? …Ugh. …Ugh, I’m getting sick. It hurts, it hurts!?”
As expected, Victor, inside the suit, was completely unable to handle the Conceptual Armament: False Strongest: Arcon.
…Seriously, you should have at least done a test run.
